Brandwise is an AI agent platform for DTC brands. Today, hundreds of brands use us as their all-in-one helpdesk and social media inbox - our AI agent Obie resolves support tickets, processes refunds in Shopify, moderates ad comments, and responds to DMs across every platform. We're profitable and built all of this with a team of 5.

Now we're in the middle of a major expansion: evolving from a helpdesk and social inbox into a full AI agent platform that connects to every tool in a brand's stack. Think "Claude Code for brands": no flow-builders or drag-and-drop automations, just talk to Obie and it does the work across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email, Slack, and more. You'll be building both the agent infrastructure that powers Obie and the orchestration layer where teams manage, direct, and collaborate with it.

We've never needed a large team to get here and we believe a small, exceptional team using AI can outbuild companies 10x our size. We intend to keep it that way.

What you'll do

• Build the core agent system - how Obie reasons across a brand's entire stack, takes actions in external tools, and improves over time
• Design and ship real-time integrations with Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Slack, email, and more
• Build product UI across inboxes, dashboards, analytics, and Obie's conversational interface
• Own features end-to-end from data model to deployment - there's no one between you and the product
• Work directly with the founding team to decide what gets built next
